Create a user in SAP system

- Log in to the SAP system using an account with administrative privileges.
- Access the user administration transaction by entering "SU01" in the command field and pressing Enter.
- In the User Maintenance screen, click on the "Create" button or go to the menu and select User → Create.
- Fill in the necessary information for the new user in the User Maintenance screen:
- User: Enter a unique username for the new user.
- User type: Select the appropriate user type, such as Dialog, System, or Communication.
- Name: Enter the full name of the user.
- Initial password: Set an initial password for the user. Note that it should conform to the system's password policy.
- Address and other contact details: Fill in the user's address and contact information if required.
- User groups and roles: Assign the user to relevant user groups and roles to define their authorizations and access rights.
- Click on the "Save" button to create the user. The system will generate a user ID and display it on the screen.
- Inform the user about their login details, including the user ID and initial password.
- Optionally, you can assign additional settings to the user, such as default language, validity period, password change requirements, etc., by navigating through the tabs in the User Maintenance screen.
- After creating the user, it is recommended to perform a user role comparison to ensure the user has the necessary authorizations for their assigned tasks.
