To make another user log out from the SAP system

• Launch the SAP GUI and log in to the SAP system using your user credentials.
• Once you're logged in, navigate to the SAP Easy Access screen.
• Enter transaction code SM04 in the command field and press Enter or click the Enter button.
• The SM04 transaction displays a list of all currently logged-in users in the SAP system.
• Locate the user that you want to log out from the system. You can search for the user using their username or any other relevant criteria available in the list.
• Once you find the user, select the checkbox next to their entry to mark it.
• Click on the "End User" button at the top of the SM04 screen. It has an icon of a red stop sign with a white figure.
• A confirmation dialog box will appear asking if you want to end the selected user's session. Click "Yes" to proceed with logging out the user.
• The selected user's session will be terminated, and they will be logged out from the SAP system.
